Angle told me a diet tip: 200g mushroom per dinner. If you persist on, soon you will lose weight. Hence, I went for supermarket and grab as much mushroom as I can (see the photo!). My fridge is half loaded, but most of them are mushroom...ha ha. will update my weight to see the effects!
You're right. 200g if very large volume. It almost becomes the only thing we eat for dinner~~ and also breakfast is cut down by 70%, 'cause can't eat! Still full!!!
Great~~~ me and Handsome Dad started too!!! So far 3 days, the 1st change is toilet~~~ easier to pass motions~~~ Hope it will work on both of us~~~
