Angle told me a diet tip: 200g mushroom per dinner. If you persist on, soon you will lose weight.
Hence, I went for supermarket and grab as much mushroom as I can (see the photo!). My fridge is half loaded, but most of them are mushroom...ha ha.
will update my weight to see the effects!
Great~~~ me and Handsome Dad started too!!! So far 3 days, the 1st change is toilet~~~ easier to pass motions~~~ Hope it will work on both of us~~~

You're right. 200g if very large volume. It almost becomes the only thing we eat for dinner~~ and also breakfast is cut down by 70%, 'cause can't eat! Still full!!!
